1200-1400 - Grown in the Cerrado Mineiro region, one of Brazil’s most renowned coffee-producing areas. Cerrado is the proprietary name of this lot.
Thanks to the region’s stable climate and abundant sunshine, the coffee cherries ripen evenly, resulting in a consistent and recognizable flavor profile year after year. In the cup, you can expect notes of chocolate, nuts, and caramel with a smooth, mild acidity.
We recommend this coffee for espresso and milk-based beverages, where its sweetness and full body are especially well expressed.
BREWING METHODS
STORAGE
- At room temperatureIn a sealed package at room temperature, coffee can be stored for 1–2 months.
After opening the package, this period becomes shorter, so we recommend buying only as much coffee as you’ll drink within one to two weeks.
Once ground, coffee loses its freshness not in days but in minutes — it’s best to grind beans right before brewing. - In the freezerIn a sealed package, coffee can be stored in the freezer for up to six months.
It’s important that there are no foreign odors nearby, as coffee easily absorbs them. You can defrost only once, at room temperature for 10–12 hours. Do not refreeze.
