(Distance Retail Sale and Purchase Agreement)

This document constitutes an official public offer (the "Offer") of SEVENTY COMPANY Limited Liability Partnership (Business Identification Number (BIN): 221040002152, registered address: 115 Abay Avenue, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan) (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to enter into a Distance Retail Sale and Purchase Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") with any individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") under the terms and conditions set forth below.

In accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, placing an order on the website seventycoffee.kz (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") constitutes the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for, roasted coffee beans produced by the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods") based on orders placed through the Website.
1.2. Detailed descriptions, prices, and specifications of the Goods are available in the catalog on the Website.

2. ORDER PLACEMENT AND REGISTRATION
2.1. Orders may be placed either without prior registration (followed by automatic account creation) or through the User's Personal Account on the Website.
2.2. When placing an order, the Buyer shall provide accurate information, including: full name, telephone number, delivery address within the city of Almaty, and email address.
2.3. The Seller shall not be liable for failure to fulfill an order or delays in delivery resulting from inaccurate or incorrect contact information provided by the Buyer.

3. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF GOODS
3.1. Delivery is carried out by the Seller's own couriers exclusively within the administrative boundaries of the city of Almaty.
3.2. Delivery fee: Free of charge regardless of the order amount (this condition is valid until December 31, 2026. The Seller reserves the right to modify delivery terms unilaterally by publishing notice on the Website).
3.3. Delivery time: Orders same-day delivery after order confirmation on the same day. In the event of unforeseen traffic delays, the courier or the Seller's representative will contact the Buyer in advance to arrange an alternative delivery time.
3.4. Delivery procedure:

• The courier contacts the Buyer before departure.
• Upon arrival, the courier waits for the Buyer for 10–15 minutes, makes 3–4 call attempts, and sends a text message notifying of arrival.
• If the Buyer cannot be reached and does not accept the Goods within the specified period, repeat delivery shall be arranged by agreement with the courier.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. Prices displayed on the Website are indicated in the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan — Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT).
4.2. The following payment methods are available:

• Cash payment to the courier upon delivery;
• Payment through a Kaspi invoice issued to SEVENTY COMPANY LLP before delivery or upon receipt of the Goods.

4.3. Regardless of the payment method used, the Seller shall provide the Buyer with an electronic fiscal receipt through Kaspi Pay, Halyk, or other legally permitted payment services.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
5.1. Roasted coffee beans are classified as food products.
5.2. In accordance with Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Protection", food products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange. The Buyer may not return or exchange properly supplied coffee solely because of dissatisfaction with its taste, aroma, or a change of mind after receipt of the Goods.
5.3. Goods of inadequate quality (including damaged packaging prior to transfer, expired shelf life, or spoiled product) shall be replaced with equivalent Goods of proper quality or refunded in full. The Buyer must report any defects upon receipt of the Goods from the courier or within 24 hours after receipt by sending photographic evidence of the defect to: seventycoffee.kz@gmail.com.

6. LOYALTY PROGRAM AND BONUS SYSTEM
6.1. The Seller awards bonus points equal to 5% of the purchase amount for purchases made through the Website.
6.2. Bonus points are calculated at the rate of: 1 bonus point = 1 KZT.
6.3. Accumulated bonus points may be used to pay for up to 50% of the value of the Buyer's next order on the Website or up to 50% of a purchase at the Seller's physical coffee shops in Almaty by providing the telephone number linked to the Personal Account before the sales receipt is finalized.
6.4. Bonus points do not expire and remain available in the Personal Account for an unlimited period while the Company's loyalty program remains active. The Seller reserves the right to modify the terms of the loyalty program by notifying Users on the Website at least 10 calendar days in advance.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1. The Parties shall be liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7.2. Any disputes or disagreements arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiations. If no mutual agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at the Seller's location in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedural laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
