Return Period
You may return a product within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

Products Eligible for Return or Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges of both defective and non-defective products, provided that the item is in new condition and in its original packaging.

Where to Arrange a Return or Exchange
Returns and exchanges can be made at our pickup points/stores. Simply bring the product along with proof of purchase.

Return Fees
There are no return fees. Returns are completely free for all products.

Exchanges
You may exchange a product if it does not meet your expectations. The same conditions apply: the product must be new and unused.

Return Processing Time
We process returns within 3 business days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
