CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By providing personal data through the web forms available on the seventycoffee.kz website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), the User, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated May 21, 2013, “On Personal Data and Their Protection”, freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest, gives unconditional consent to SEVENTY COMPANY LLP (BIN 221040002152, address: 115 Abay Avenue, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan) (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) for the collection, processing, transfer, and storage of their personal data under the following conditions:

1. List of Personal Data Subject to Processing

• First name and last name;
• Mobile phone number;
• Email address;
• Delivery address (city, street, building, apartment/office);
• Information about orders, purchased products, and bonus balance in the personal account;
• Information contained in candidate application forms (work experience, education, skills, and other personal data voluntarily provided by the candidate).

2. Purposes of Collection and Processing of Personal Data

• Identification of the User on the Website, registration, and authorization in the Personal Account;
• Placement, processing, and delivery of orders (including delivery by the Company's couriers);
• Accrual of bonuses for purchases made on the Website, as well as tracking and redemption of accumulated bonuses when placing orders on the Website and when paying for purchases at the Company's offline coffee shops in Almaty (by identifying the User via their phone number at the cashier);
• Sending service notifications regarding order status (including via WhatsApp messenger);
• Sending marketing communications, promotional offers, and reminders about purchasing coffee (provided that the relevant checkbox has been selected on the Website);
• Collection of Website analytics through Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica systems;
• Assessment of the User’s professional qualifications as a candidate for open positions within the Company, conducting interviews, and maintaining a talent pool database.

3. Methods of Processing and Actions Performed with Personal Data
This consent is granted for any operations involving personal data, including collection, systematization, storage (including within the iiko point-of-sale system located in the Republic of Kazakhstan), modification, and use.

4. Validity Period and Withdrawal Procedure
4.1. Term of Consent:

• For online store customers: this consent remains valid until the purposes of personal data processing have been achieved or until the User withdraws the consent.
• For job applicants (candidates): this consent remains valid for 30 days from the date the application form or CV is submitted through the Website. Upon expiration of this period, the consent automatically terminates, and the applicant's personal data shall be deleted.

4.2. The User may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written request in free form to the Operator’s email address: seventycoffee.kz@gmail.com.
4.3. The Operator undertakes to cease processing and destroy the User’s personal data within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of receipt of the request.
